Evlyn's Baby Blessing

Our baby Evlyn was blessed this past Sunday, July 3, 2011. With our religion, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, babies recieve an ordinance called a name and a blessing. It was a great experience having my husband do this, along with other family members.

My sister, the great photographer, took all but the last 2 of these pictures. My mom made the dress that Evlyn's wearing, for my sister Aimee. I also wore it, along with my younger sister. My mom also made the afghan that Evlyn's laying on, for her.
Family picture!! Oh yeah, and I made her bow. :P

My parents, her grandparents. We still need a picture of Jared's parents with her lol.

Uncle Josh and Aunt Aimee.

Uncle Sean.

Oh yeah, and Aimee made that little bracelet for her. :)

Cousins. So cute!

My precious little Evlyn. :)

Love this one. She almost has a little side smile going on.

She loves to eat her hand.

And she loves to stretch.

Daddy and Evlyn. Mommy and Evlyn.

Aunt Aimee and Evlyn.

Aunt Paige.

Cousin Landon.

So Cute! Cousing Mylee.

And, while I was mingling, eating, and at the end taking care of Evlyn, Jared was playing with his neice and nephew. I love these pictures Aimee got of them!

Landon and his somehow-related cousin (I don't know how it works but it's Jared's sister's son and my sister's son), got along very well! They are only a month apart.

Here's Papa and Virginia, Evlyn's great-grandparents.

And Granny, Evlyn's great-grandma.

Our friends Laurice and Mary had to leave before we had a chance to get some pictures with them, and Scott and Kiana, Jared's sister and brother-in-law, held her a little but I didn't take a picture. Sorry!
